Depends on your luck, September 24, 2010
This review is from: Big Foot Bowie Knife (Misc.)

As you might have guessed this knife is a Pakistani import. The “Paki” knives have a bad name in general, but it must be remembered that Pakistan is called The Land of the Knife. I have three of these, two I purchased and one was a gift. One is poorly made, one is decent, and the last is excellent. It depends on your luck and which workman made it that day. As a collector of replica knives I’ve seldom been disappointed in Pakistani knives. That being said, my latest purchase (not this knife) was poorly made and dull as a butter knife. The excellent model of the Big Foot I have is sharp as a razor and I do use it as a working/chopping knife. It’s been camping with us several times, has cut meat and foilage, stayed decently sharp after lots of abuse, and is a companion at my wife’s bedside when I’m away.

Again…it depends on your luck. If you’re a gambling man, I’d try for one.

Poor quality, October 8, 2008

Amazon Verified Purchase(What’s this?)
This review is from: Big Foot Bowie Knife (Misc.)

The quality is related to the price you pay. This is a cheap knife so you get a cheap quality knife. Loose handle, cracked wood, you have to work hard on it to have a good looking bowie. Unless your hobbie is knife making to finish this big knife do not buy it. Very dissapointed!!
